Inn On The Prom Hotel

“ We enjoyed our overnight stay nice room,bathroom a bit dated but ok, staff excellent very helpful. DJ entertainment Saturday evening he was very good with the children but included adults as well in the proceedings.We would stay there again it was nice.

“ Top Tip: There is a toby carvery across the road, and the food in the hotel was reasonable.

“ If my accommodation hadn't been pre-paid I wouldn't have stayed at Inn on the Prom! The 1st room I was allocated was tiny and unclean and poorly appointed.The 2nd room was better but still very dusty. There was no way I would have used the hospitality tray as it looked shabby and again unclean.
The smell of cooking hit you as soon as you walked into the hotel; I pointed this out to the receptionist and she agreed it wasn't very nice.
I checked out early on Sunday morning without having breakfast.
The charge of £70 was excessive, far from it being a 4* hotel, I wouldn't give it 2*s and will certainly never return or recommend this hotel.

“ The web site for this hotel was not representative of what I experienced. The room was at the back of the building which meant walking through the swimming pool and gym, up and down stairs and through various corridors. The room was very small and the shower was poor. My colleague had to have an electric heater in room because the radiator was broken. No problems with staff it’s the hotel that’s the problem. Although clean enough I can’t see where they have spent the millions they claim on refurbishment.

“ we have stayed at this hotel before and the room was very nice.this time the room was very small no shower gel in the dispencer.the outlook was in middle of forcourt gardens with other rooms looking in kept curtains closed.also the extractor in bathroom a smell of cooking food in room.we had the evenibg meal in restraubt and it was very good.shame about the room.also milk in room sour.
