“ Room was fine, although we had to change our 1st room as the flush on the toilet was broken. In the evening told we could not have dinner in restaurant till 8-30pm as it was fully booked, so we had to go out and find somewhere, as we weren't prepared to wait that long. Worst thing was the noise of people returning to their rooms. We were not told when we booked that a soul festival was on in next hotel and many of the people attending it were staying in ours. The noise of people returning from this went on till 5am! We had no sleep this night and had to drive back to Cheshire the following day. We were not happy with this hotel at all, and wanted a quiet relaxing weekend, which it was not. On the plus side the breakfast was excellent.

Situated in the north shore area of Blackpool and within easy reach of Blackpool's many attractions. Having just completed a multi-million pound refurbishment all 145 stylishly decorated bedrooms include Telephone TV Hairdryer and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Many of the rooms offer Sea Views and Spa Baths. Gilbert's restaurant offers a big hearty breakfast light lunches and traditional mouth watering 3-course Dinners. The Albany Bar compliments the restaurant with its warm and cosy seating area and is the perfect place for that relaxing drink or snack. The six conference rooms that are available have first class facilities and hold up to 400 people. WIFI is free to all guests and is available in all public areas of the hotel.
