The Kensington Hotel

The Hotel is situated on the promenade mid-way between Central and South Piers. Our location is such that you may leave your car on our car park yet still be within easy walking distance of Blackpool's main attractions. Trams and buses stop right opposite the Hotel. The railway station and Blackpool airport are both within easy reach. Sun lounge with views overlooking the Irish Sea. 30 en-suite bedrooms arranged on two floors with lift to all floors. Private car park along side of the hotel (limited spaces). Keys provided for late access to bedrooms. The Ballroom and Chelsea Bar are available where the whole family are welcome. There is entertainment most evenings when we cater for all age groups with dancing and sing-along provided by our resident DJs and organist along with regular cabaret artistes and bingo. The Games Room features pool table video games etc. The Regency Lounge provides an ideal setting to relax with a drink at lunchtime or before dinner. The separate modern dining room is a non-smoking area and is air-conditioned with a wide choice of dishes. All our bedrooms (smoking and non-smoking) which are arranged on two floors have private bathrooms en suite tea-coffee making facilities and remote controlled colour television. Every bedroom also has central heating and double glazing. Some bedrooms have front sea views which overlook the promenade (Irish Sea there will be a small extra charge for this).
