“ I got to the hotel at 17:08 to find it lock I rang the door bell with no look. i called the hotel to find someone that had very little english and ask me to come back in the morning. I had been waiting outside in the cold for over 45 min. Then I call Travel Republic and they was outstanding. When I got to the hotel again after going for a coffee. I got there and ask for the Manager but he was in a meeting. I was Waiting in Recection for 30 minutes untill they got me a room. The Recection was very cold. When I got a to room it was very nice. The Tape was broken and the bath also. The heating was not on but i was given a heater. I did get to talk to the manager and he did say sorry but that all i got. I did ask why the door was lock the door bell was out of order and no one was on Recection. Not Sure if i would stop here again as if not sure if i would get in.

“ Hi arrivel at the hotel at 5pm. I was greeted by a nice gentlemen. I was ask to wait in Reception as there was not expecting me. When I got to the room. It was outstanding great value. No Television watch let it down and paint on the curtains. I was in room 101. I was given an heater as the radiators was not on as there was no alot of people stopping. I get undress to finded there was no heat water. I when back to Reception to find that i would have to wait 3 hours to get hot water. But on a hole I was very happy and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and i would stop again but I would call them to let them no I was stopping so there would be prepared.

“ firstly when we arrived we werent aware that we could not check in till 2pm the lady was not at all polite then when we did get in we were greeted by a funny smell and told to fill in a form we then were given the key which when we found are room we had to fidle with the key to get it to open the door as we entered the room it was like being back in the sixties the carpet was stained the bed was hard and uncomfortable the tv didnt work there wasnt even an airel cable we asked for it to be fixed nothing happened the bathroom when we ran water in the sink it took ages to go down and a horrible smell came out of the pipe we went down for breakfast which cost us £ 6.00 for two bowls of cerial which were stale and cheap varities we could not get out of there quick enogh they didnt even ask us if we enjoyed are stay or say good bye to us totaly dissgusted and we would not recomend this place to anyone
