“ We were given an upgraded room as they had no economy rooms left. The room was comfortable but i would not have wanted to spend the amount of money usually charged for a superior room. The breakfast was totally buffet style. When we went to get our breakfast most things needed replenishing and the tea and coffee was cold.
“ Top Tip: The Fountain all you can eat chinese restaurant was amazing!

We booked this last minute and paid half the price of the usual nightly rate, but still felt robbed. We paid for a 'Club Double' thinking it would be a little nicer than a standard double, but can't see what we got for our money.
The room was cramped and dirty. There was a layer of dust throughout, and the pillows were wafer thin.
The tv remote didn't work and the walls and ceilings were moldy. The room was hot but as we were right on the main road we had to choose between the heat or the noise.
The curtains stank and with there being an ashtray provided in the room, we certainly don't believe it was a non-smoking room - it stank.
The shower was tiny and there were issues with the seal causing it to leak. The bath towels were dirty and the bath mat moldy.
We were rudely awoken by the sound of a fire alarm and all in all the stay left us with an extremely sour taste.
