On arrival the hotel had a laundry issue. We were not able to check in till after 5pm (ish). Once checked in there were no covers on the bed and no towels. Bed was not made till 11pm when telephone call made to reception.
Breakfast was good, room was clean and bed comfy (when made).

“ Great hotel, we were upgraded to kingsize room and it was massive, very comfortable and clean. Hotel is about a 25 minute walk from Brighton Station and about 15 minute walk to the Brighton Centre and onto the Lanes, close enough to get around but far enough away from all the noise of the centre. Were only there for one night but can't fault the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was adequate there was a choice of hot breakfast, toast, pastries, cereals and fruit.
