“ Lovely hotel with great breakfast! The only downside for us was it was quite a way from the main beach where the nightlife we wanted was based, that said it was in easy walking distance from the lanes and one off shops that make Brighton. I thought the break was excellent value for money for the uality of accommodation.

Location: 2 mins from Brighton station
Typical 'business style' bland chain hotel, but v. comfortable, warm & good breakfast inc in price. No views of any description, unless you like rail tracks & car parks/concrete.
“ Top Tip: Walk from front of station down to beach/centre, only a few mins. I love Brighton & usually stay in boutique hotels/b & bs, nearer the beach.

Room it seems clean however we found out it was not hovered and dusted.
And we were not happy at breakfast time being told that we did not paid for the breakfast though our booking is bed and breakfast.
I think they should have better monitoring equipment’s like IT to tell the person who is checking the list.
The list at the moment is not working properly.
We would like to praise the customer support team for their politeness and patience.
