This is a beautifully designed and restored award winning boutique guest house offering all the comforts and high service standards of the big hotels but in a very relaxed and stylish environment. Superb location just into the trendy Kemp Town side of Brighton about 200m from Brighton Pier and the beach (views of both from our Superior Rooms) and only 3 mins walk from the Lanes or the Royal Pavilion. Rooms are styled in white with exciting works of contemporary art adding to the designer feel. All rooms are ensuite and have flat TVs (most with Freeview) DVD and CD players (and a free library to borrow discs from) fluffy white bathrobes free slippers. Breakfast in bed is included as standard and comes with Bloody Mary or Champagne at weekends! And remember our check out time is 12 noon so you can still be having breakfast in bed long after most other places are checking (or chucking?) their guests out!.Nineteen offers a choice of room types including a very special one with its own private hot tub in a small adjoining courtyard!We can commend and book a selection of restaurants bars and clubs across Brighton and Hove some of which offer special incentives to Nineteen's guests.

Located on Brighton's seafront the Kings Hotel is perfect for both the business or leisure traveller. Originally 3 regency town houses we are now a modern hotel with a vibrant and cosmolitan atmosphere. Many of the hotels 90 bedrooms are seafacing. The bar is perfect for relaxing during your stay. Located five minutes from the famous Lanes shopping area Brighton Conference Centre and the citys' busy nightlife the Kings really is the perfect place to stay.We do have a small car park at the hotel charged £15.00 per night and available on a first come first served basis. See reception as you arrive (you can pull up in front of the hotel as you arrive) who will advise you of availability.If it were full you will then be directed to on-street parking near the hotel or the Regency Square NCP car park which is less than a minute's walk away from the hotel.The Hotel is fully non-smoking.

“ Unfortunately our bedroom was overlooking a nightclub on the Saturday night and with no double glazing we were still awake from all the noise at 4am. The original room needed attention - wires hanging out from heated towel rail and from the ceiling light for example.

“ There was a slight mix up when I checked in, the hotel thought that breakfast wasn't included although the rate I paid included it. However, this was quickly rectified. Great location, right next to the Brighton Centre where we were seeing a show and opposite the beach.

“ 4 star........NO WAY! We were put in a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite the hotel having a no smoking policy! We were moved to another room which had no hot water and we had to walk down the corridoor to another room to take a shower! The only good thing about this hotel was the reception staff who were polite and helpful.

“ This hotel has a lot of potential, but is let down by a few things - normally I love full English breakfasts, but the sausages were pretty horrible and only having hardboiled eggs as standard was not good, although you could request others.
