Our No.1 Bar and Bistro, with big leather sofas and fantastic sea-views, is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day or as a meeting place before your big night out. The Queens Hotel does not accept large single gender parties (such as hen and stag parties).

Not enough tables for breakfast so along with others ,we had to wait.
Our room was very clean with tea/coffee making facilities plus hair dryer etc.
The bed was so comfortable.
Disturbance from clubbers in the early hours (and police vans)because of where our room was situated which might upset some people.

“ Unfortunately our bedroom was overlooking a nightclub on the Saturday night and with no double glazing we were still awake from all the noise at 4am. The original room needed attention - wires hanging out from heated towel rail and from the ceiling light for example. When we complained on the Sunday the manager upgraded us immediately to a kingsize room overlooking the seafront (with double glazing!!) That was helpful and meant we could then enjoy the break. Certainly the rooms on the side of the hotel overlooking the nightclub will all be extremely noisy without double glazing. The restaurant struggled to cope with demand on the Sunday morning and food wasn't replenished very quickly. On the Monday it was much better.
