We stayed in a room on the fourth floor, the attic room. It is a lovely regency house which has a lot of potential but could do with a good makeover. New curtains in our room would have been nice.
The breakfast was continental, but not a great deal to choose from. I dont think it was good value for the £140 we paid for the night.

“ Slightly quirky but therefore more interesting than a chain hotel. A bit noisy due to it's location.
“ Top Tip: Turn left out of hotel..left again...opposite you is a fantastic Italian restaurant

“ Hotel Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Our room was at the top of the house on the fourth floor which is a long way up if you are carrying overnight bags etc. Location was ideal as it was almost on the seafront and just a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Brighton. It did the job for what we wanted but it wasn't one to tell your friends about!
“ Top Tip: The underground car park in Regency Square itself was a reasonable price too in comparison to other car parks in Brighton.

Downside was there was no lift. But that is usual for alot of the small hotels. We were on the first floor which was a relief when dragging our suitcases up and down the stairs. The room was spacious and had all the necessaries. The tv also included a DVD player which we made use of.
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will more than likely go there again.

Top Tip:
The Regency Tavern just off Regency Square does very good food and the staff are very helpful.
There is also Rock & Roller in Western Road which does excellent cocktails and the food is quite good too.
