“ Lovely hotel - the best part is the fact you are so central to the various parts of the city. Well refurbished rooms for a comfy stay. Quite noisy with lots of young peope and hen nights.

Bang in the city centre. Own car park next door (£8 a night charge). Rooms clean and comfortable & look recently decorated. Wish we had checked the website for facilities as didn't realise it had pool/gym/spa ! (didn't take swim kit!)
In all, a great deal booked just hours before arrival. £59 double room.

Brunel's 'The Buttery'. Cafe. On the waterfront. Excellent value bacon sarnies !

“ Stayed here after attending a function. The room I stayed in was average for a 4 star hotel but the bathroom was very tired looking. By far and away the worst night's sleep I've had in a hotel for a very long time cause by a rock-hard mattress. Definitely not the standard I would expect from a two star B&B let alone a 4 star hotel.

“ The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The room was ready on our early arrival. Unfortunately the next day when we returned to the hotel at 3pm the room had not been cleaned and we could not get in. We were told the cleaners worked until 5pm and would be there asap. Some of the staff were polite but we felt some could certainly could brush up on their people skills!
“ Top Tip: Close to the shops,indoor market and the theatre.
