We have stayed in many hotels & guest houses of high and medium rating and we can honestly say their cleanliness does no match that of South Lodge. The shower cubicle was spotless and mould free! We love the little touches in the room of homemade brownies, good selection of coffee and teas, the paperbacks, sewing kit and hairdryer too, very thoughtful.
The continental breakfast is not just croissants and jam, the breakfasts were amazing, rolls, breads, croissants, a good selection of continental meats, pates, cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals and delicious smoothies, enough to keep you going all day. South Lodge is in an ideal location close to the beach and town. We would definately come back again.
