Thought the accomadation and service was very good, had to wait a while to be seated for breakfast but the staff member was very apologetic.
The club sandwich was outstanding!!
Room service was swift but the sandwich was not quite as described but still very edible.
Overall a very good stay.

The hotel is sutuated in the centre of town so ideal for sight seeing & shopping.
Great market on a Sunday morning in the square.

“ This trully was an oasis away from the rest of Marrekech - unfortunately the approach and surrounds are poor. On talking to locals however there are apparently plans for money to be spent on the quarter. Overall the staff and people we met made our stay memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were clean. the plunge pool fun and attention to detail superb. During our stay we had early morning departures (for hot air ballooning and also plane flights) and arrived after midnight. On all such occassions we were greeted warmly, with an appropriate beverage and more importantly on time!
“ Top Tip: Loved the Marrakech Spa Baths - relaxing but with a superb massage and good value for day.

Fantastic hotel- responsive reception staff,attentive bar staff, fab room. Really great cooked breakfast- not many hotels manage good fried bread.
Only downside was that my phone charger which I left behind on checkout disappeared
before the hotel staff could find it.
“ Top Tip: Great location right in centre of Cambridge- coildn't be better situated

“ We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. On this visit we were charged £16 per night for car parking which has not been the case when booking in the past through another web site. Also the extra charge was not made clear when booking.
