“ Convenient secure car-park at rear of hotel. Friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Same goes for restaurant and cleaning staff. Clean, bright, refurbished bedroom. Nice bathroom --soft towels plenty of hot water. Restaurant --- good variety of food at breakfast. The only adverse comment is that some items of food at breakfast were not replaced quickly enough. People had to keep asking for more of this and that. It only needed one member of staff to be made responsible for keeping an eye on this.
“ Top Tip: Near Cardiff Castle and the Millennium Stadium. Lots of shopping areas nearby and good restaurants. Near St. David's Concert Hall. Bus-stop nearby to different locations. Water-bus stop in nearby park where you can take the water-bus to the Cardiff Bay area which has many interesting attractions including The Welsh Assembly which you can tour, and a hands-on Science Museum, also Norwegian Church and Scott of the Antarctic monument/memorial.

“ booked this hotel very much last minute as was such a bargain on a rugby international day. The price was 50% less than other Cardiff Hotels and I was a bit concerned but there was no need whatsoever. The price also included breakfast which was very nice. The room was quite small but ideal for a one night stop. Also managed to get a space in the carpark!! on what was a very busy day in Cardiff and the hotel was very busy but the staff were brilliant, even allowed me to complete the chech-in paper work early as I was going to the game :) would defo stay here again the location is excellent!!!

“ Excellent bedrooms, hotel is very centrally located, staff are great. Only negative comment prefer tea and coffee served to tables rather than from machines.
