“My visit to Cardiff Castle was outstanding.

“only 3ooyards walk to the beautiful New Theatre where we atteded a matinee preformance of Joseph and his technicolour dreamcaoat. Ideal especially for those with walking dificulies.
The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafe/bars and located adjacent to the main shopping area.

“The hotel was comfortable and conveniently situated in the city centre. The room was clean, but one of the pillow cases was very torn and the pillows themselves were rather hard. Breakfasts were good and there was ample choice. I had cause to complain when we checked out about two items which should have been explained as a matter of routine when checking in, but were NOT: 1. nothing was said about breakfast options or the voucher system; 2. the hotel car park was full so I was directed to a nearby NCP car park, but, again, it was not explained how this worked in relation to payment arrangements with the hotel. My complaints were dealt with satisfactorily on checking out. However, the young lady on Reception when I checked in on the Saturday was very slack in carrying out her responsibilities. My thanks to Dimitri and Emily for sorting things out.

Good Italian restaurant, Bellini's, next door. Excellent National Museum of Wales only short walking distance away.

“Our room was of very high standard, spotless and blessed with a power shower:- to request an upgrade was totally unnecessary. The restaurant offered a good choice of meals and the breakfast menue was superb.
“Top Tip:
only 3ooyards walk to the beautiful New Theatre where we atteded a matinee preformance of Joseph and his technicolour dreamcaoat. Ideal especially for those with walking dificulies. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafe/bars and located adjacent to the main shopping area.
