Good location.
Staff very attentive.
Swimming pool and spa area very good.
Daily room cleaning very good.
Enjoyed free video service on TV.
Our room was small and did not have a bath, but to be expected as we booked a basic classic double room.

Top Tip:
Elizabeth Castle is directly opposite the hotel, well worth a visit.
Sight seeing land train stops right outside hotel, that travels along the esplande to St Aubin and back.
Shopping centre just 10 minute walk away with its array of bars and restaurants.

“ Staff couldn't have been more helpful on arrival,didn't like room allocated due to small window covered so you could see nil! Amazing room though! Offered 2 others with sea-view to die for at £10 extra per night! Which we took and loved every second of!Fridge in room, complimentary water still/sparkling refilled every night,offer of fresh milk if required,Breakfast excellent,when couldn't find seat in bar due to business function immediately offered seat in lounge and bought drink to us.Although near busy road, very good double glazing, heard no noise and air con in room so needn't be too warm!

“ The staff are amazing couldn't do more for you even when we had checked out they called a cab and kept our bags safe. Room service breakfast for an extra £3 was excellent and the champagne lounge was varied and welcoming! You are a 2 minute walk across the road from the beautiful beach and boat tours!! Would definitely come back!
“ Top Tip: The castle is worth a visit we paid £24 for 2 adults with ferry back to shore and had lunch in the cafe there.

“ We had a weeks stay here from the 17Th march our stay was in one of the the deluxe sea view rooms, it was fantastic , room service was terrific , clean towels every day, bed changed 4 times during our stay even the quilt was changed once, the maids came round at night and turned down the bed for us and put out a bottle of water and glasses at the side of the bed, there was a good selection of teas and coffee in the room with a waiter service of a jug of jersey milk delivered to the room if desired , there was a 40'' screen tv with free films plus sky sports plus a good selection of other channels to watch , all in all a very good experience well worth a stay
“ Top Tip: The Jaipur Indian restaurant a short walk along the esplanade opposite the bus station is definitely worth a visit ,one of the best curries i have tasted and with very pleasant staff makes this a very good experience
