“ The hotel was average. It has a funny pivoting handbasin plug which jammed shut and had to be leverd open with the back of a teaspoon - judging by the scratches on the surface this had happened many times before. The breakfast had a good selection but staff did not pay attention and the scrambled eggs were dried out as was the few rashers of bacon upon arrival for breakfast. Rooms were clean and tidy and staff helpful.
“ Top Tip: Dickensworld (slightly disappointing) and the Chatham Historic dock yard - which is absolutely fabulous and highly recommended for all to visit - especially if you like ships and submarines - you get to tour the retired 100m long cold war submarine Ocelot

The first time I have stayed at a Ramada hotel.
An enjoyable experience, good value for money and the staff were all extremely efficient, friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay with them again.

We had an evening meal I orderd a steak, when it came it was raw i sent it back. The waiter returned to apologise and said that the chef was really busy as they had a wedding reception there.
The hot breakfast was cold and the chef wouldn't cook fried eggs.
I don't think that we will be staying again when we visit Rochester.
