“ We had an evening meal I orderd a steak, when it came it was raw i sent it back. The waiter returned to apologise and said that the chef was really busy as they had a wedding reception there. The hot breakfast was cold and the chef wouldn't cook fried eggs. I don't think that we will be staying again when we visit Rochester.

“ Freindly and helpfull staff, good food reasonably priced. The maximum sound level on the television in our room was set to a level that my wife was unable to hear because she is hard of hearing. Consequently she was unable to enjoy the television in our room.
