A beautiful hotel. We were lucky and upgraded so had a wonderful room with everything you could ever need.
The staff are so nice and helpful and the service was fantastic. On arrival the car taken from us and our luggage taken up to our room.Checking in was prompt and welcoming and the room so comfortable with a twist of modern and old.
If you stay and get a chance to have a look around I would recommend it . The building has so much history.
I cant wait to go back.

“ We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grosvener. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The only things that let this hotel down for us, was the beds and the bathroom. The beds were really soft, which, I'm sure some people would love, but I woke up the first morning with a sore back as a result. When we asked if there were any other rooms with firmer mattresses we were told no. But house-keeping did put boards under the mattress, which helped a little. Secondly the bathroom.... While this was clean, and had a decent shower, the spot lights made it uncomfortable warm. I kept taking "breathers" in the bedroom when applying make up and doing my hair.
“ Top Tip: Chester is a stunning little city, great for shopping!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff are very pleasant and can't do enough for you. My husband booked a massage for me and I have to say I would recommend it to all, it was absolute heaven after a day of Christmas shopping.
“ Top Tip: Can,t remember the name of the restaurant but it was excellent French with a Swedish twist. Just keep going straight down from the hotel and it's on the right and side it begins with A.
