This hotel chain has modelled itself on the Holiday Inn style and it does work if you are looking for a short break. Everything is clean and well presented and at a discounted rate the hotel is excellent value.
If you are cyclists there is no secure area to leave your bikes but the hotel allowed us to take them up to the room!
You have to pay for parking and the hotel discounts the NCP rate by 15% on ticket validation but you still need to find around £10 per day to park across the road from the hotel.
“ Top Tip: Hotel is in a good location for people to walk into the city centre. Lots of great pubs and restaraunts We tried the Real India curry house in South street which was excellent but you will need to pre book.

“ Overnight stay in Exeter, Devon. Room adequate, clean and comfortable a bit small but then did have budget break. A bit noisy with window open as room overlooked street. Room warm with adjustable heating. Good bathroom with shower, clean and tidy. Pleasant stay.
“ Top Tip: Car park opposite hotel very convenient. The hotel offers 18% discount to users of car park. Hotel very close to shops and restaurants, cinemas.
