“ Welcoming and helpful owner. Well presented, clean and comfortable accommodation with some style. Great breakfast in nice dining room.
“ Top Tip: As well as heading for the town centre shops, cafes and bars, check out those at Kemptown village too - just a short walk from this B&B.

“ Although the room was small, there was everything I needed. The owners were very accommodating and the breakfasts were superb.
“ Top Tip: Very close to the start of the 1/2 marathon which was my reason for coming! I like the atmoshere of St James's street just up the road. Glad I didn't bring the car as I didn't need it - everywhere is within walking distance and parking all over Brighton is a bit of a nightmare.

“ Quirky bed and breakfast which was lovely and clean and most welcoming. Breakfast is round a big table where everyone joins in and we had great fun chatting with each and with our hosts. I would have no hesitation in recommending this delightful little gem to fellow travellers but be warned Brighton is not the quietest town in mid summer and even on New Steine the revellers can be a bit noisy. However I slept like a log and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be quite happy to return in the future.
“ Top Tip: Lovely shops all over, lovely eateries all over, Royal Pavillion was wonderful and not to be missed. Brighton is London by the sea, everything is close and full of character. The beach is not to be recommended to anyone without a pair of sneakers or jelly shoes, so make sure they are in the beach bag before setting off.
