We are 10 minutes from the city centre and within walking distance to Edinburgh's fashionable Waterfront where you will find the Royal Yacht Britannia Ocean Terminal and the Scottish Office. Superb accommodation that is warm and welcoming with tasteful surroundings. All rooms are non smoking with en-suite.
