“ we stayed at apex for the marathon. when we were allowed to leave our clothes in a spare room. they left us extra towels to shower afterwards. thoroughly delighted with the service. all staff were great. all meals we had were great. would stay again with out exception. well done apex. thank you

“ we were put into what we would call a very small box room( tiny velux attic window with no airconditioning), which had been converted to a double room. Consequently there was no room to move around and the whole thing was cramped and unsatisfactory. We complained and were relocated to the Waterloo Apex at Waverly, with a complementary drink while waiting for a prepaid taxi to take us there. The waterloo Apex was excellent and the room was as we expected from the original booking. We would return to this hotel.
