Within a few minutes walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh New Town the Hot-el-apartment Canon Court Apartments offer 4 star accommodation excellently situated within a mile of the bustling Princes Street and the Edinburgh Waverly Rail Station. A large supermarket is just 150m away and surrounding local shops restaurants and bars offer a village like feel. The 41 apartments are set across 2 blocks each four stories high. The contemporary apartments are brightly decorated and have a separate living room kitchen bathroom and bedrooms. All apartments have complimentary wi-fi internet access and there is also the added convenience of a washing machine and on-site car parking (chargeable). Local bus services to the Princes street are also located directly outside the apartments. These apartments offer an alternative to hotel accommodation within the city centre. Kitchens include cookers fridge microwave kettles toaster and cooking utensils. Each apartment also includes a 32 tv with free-view channels a dvd player dining area and a tiled bathroom with a showertub combination. Bedrooms can be arranged as a double bed or twin beds upon request. Multi-lingual staff at the reception on the ground floor of the apartments will pass on their local knowledge to enhance your stay in Edinburgh. All apartments are non-smoking. Apartments are refreshed once a week with fresh linen and towels for stays longer than 7 days. Late check in is available but you MUST advise us in advance. Reception is open 08:00-20:00 Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is before 10:00Payments via Visa and Mastercard credit card will attract a 3.5% surcharge. Payments via American Express will attract a 4.5% surcharge.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card debit card up to a maximum of £200 per apartment before arrival. If using a Maestro Solo or Visa Electron card the hotel will pre-authorize your card for a security deposit at the time of check-in. Please note that a valid form of photographic identification (driver's licencepassport) will be required at the time of check-in from the lead guest of the booking.
