Within a few minutes walk from the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh New Town the Hot-el-apartment Canon Court Apartments offer 4 star accommodation excellently situated within a mile of the bustling Princes Street and the Edinburgh Waverly Rail Station. A large supermarket is just 150m away and surrounding local shops restaurants and bars offer a village like feel. The 41 apartments are set across 2 blocks each four stories high. The contemporary apartments are brightly decorated and have a separate living room kitchen bathroom and bedrooms. All apartments have complimentary wi-fi internet access and there is also the added convenience of a washing machine and on-site car parking (chargeable). Local bus services to the Princes street are also located directly outside the apartments. These apartments offer an alternative to hotel accommodation within the city centre. Kitchens include cookers fridge microwave kettles toaster and cooking utensils. Each apartment also includes a 32 tv with free-view channels a dvd player dining area and a tiled bathroom with a showertub combination. Bedrooms can be arranged as a double bed or twin beds upon request. Multi-lingual staff at the reception on the ground floor of the apartments will pass on their local knowledge to enhance your stay in Edinburgh. All apartments are non-smoking. Apartments are refreshed once a week with fresh linen and towels for stays longer than 7 days. Late check in is available but you MUST advise us in advance. Reception is open 08:00-20:00 Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is before 10:00Payments via Visa and Mastercard credit card will attract a 2.5% surcharge. Payments via American Express will attract a 4% surcharge.The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card debit card up to a maximum of £200 per apartment before arrival. If using a Maestro Solo or Visa Electron card the hotel will pre-authorize your card for a security deposit at the time of check-in. Please note that a valid form of photographic identification (driver's licencepassport) will be required at the time of check-in from the lead guest of the booking.

“ The accommodation at Canon Court self catering apartments is of a very high standard with comfortable furnishings, including bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was 100% clean and in excellent condition. For anyone considering a trip to Edinburgh, it is an excellent location, being near the city centre, but also the beautiful Botanical Gardens, the Water of Leith, and many lovely restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking at the apartments.
“ Top Tip: There is a lovely Spanish tapas restaurant within 3 minutes of the apartments, owned and run by the charismatic owner who came out to chat to us after our meal. We had a wonderful meal (with an active four year old in tow who was particularly catered for by the staff) which was both very reasonably priced and one of the best tapas meals I've ever had. The hot chocolate is also to die for!!

These clean stylish apartments with free Wi-Fi are 1.6 miles from Edinburgh city centre Waverley Railway Station is 1.8 miles from Lochend Apartments and Leith Docks. Hibernian FC is a 5-minute walk away. A bus stops outside the Lochend Serviced Apartments and takes about 10 minutes to reach Edinburgh city centre and Waverly Rail Station. Each apartment has a kitchendining area garantee 1 main bathroom with bath on all apartments but can not garantee 2nd bathroom with shower ie ensuite unless you call prior to your arrival to request this 90% of our complex have 2 bathrooms also spacious lounge with fireplace and a digital TV with free sports and film channels. Complementary milk teacoffee and cereal is provided on the day of check-in and there are 3 convenience stores just 2 minutes' walk away. and Tesco supermarket and Sainsburys supermarket is just a short walk away. NB's is a lovely warm and friendly guest house in the merchiston area of edinburgh. It is about 1 mile south of Princes Street and takes just 15-20 minutes to walk to the centre or catch a bus right outside and be there in 5 minutes. Buses run every 5 minutes most days and night buses run too so saving a fortune on expensive taxi's. We can offer lots of sight seeing advice and organise sight seeing tours all over scotland. The tour company we recommend are not only one of the cheapest in town but they also come and collect you in the morning and bring you home again! At Nb's we aim to ensure you have the most relaxing and pleasurable break possible. You will find your room immaculately clean always warm and lovely gold and red furnishings and decor. Plus black out roman blinds and very good quality beds ensure a most deep and relaxing sleep. There is wifi available in most rooms. All the team who work at Nbs try really hard to make your stay as stress free and happy as possible. Parking must be pre booked and
