The hotel is excellant value, clean rooms and the breakfast was ample.
Being outside of the city centre is not a problem, good bus service just outside the hotel and lots of places to eat in the evening
I would use the hotel again

Hotel's position makes it noisy...which can't be helped.
It is close to the great selection of pubs and restaurants in Leith so is ideal from that point of view. Buses stop outside making access to the city centre easy.
“ Top Tip: There are so many pubs and restaurants to choose from...go and explore!

“ I am sorry to say that although we had a good time in Edinburgh, i was very disapointed in the facilities available at the hotel, especially as we were booked in on club level. When we arrived at the hotel they informed us that we had no access to the club lounge on that day because the England Rugby Team had private access to it.
