“ Great hotel. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast. A little bit out from the centre of Edinburgh but good bus links.
“ Top Tip: Use the bus to get about and buy a dayrider for good value. Bus 23 and 27 runs outside the hotel and is a direct link to the botanical gardens.

“ Got to hotel at approx 9.30 I knew it was to early to have access to our room but the staff said we could leave our luggage. We were just about to leave the hotel for a trip to the castle when a member of staff came over and advised that our room had just been prepared and we could have it straight away. Excellent!! The room was comfortable and clean and spacious. The staff were excellent and explained how to use the pool etc. The breakfast was very good and it was buffet style with juices, cereal, rolls, fruit, yoghurt and of course the normal hotel cooked breakfast. Very plentiful and we found we didn't need lunch as it was enough to set us up for the day. Would definitely use the hotel again. Great place to stay and the castle etc were about a ten minute walk away.
“ Top Tip: Bus to visit Brittania was about 100 yards from our hotel.
