Overlooking Edinburgh's Holyrood Park the 3 Masson House bed and breakfast is located on the Pollock Halls campus just 1.5 miles from Waverley train station and many of Edinburgh's popular tourist attractions. All rooms are en-suite and come equipped with LCD TVs with DVD players teacoffee facilities safes and hairdryers. Shared pantry facilities include toaster microwave fridge ironing board and iron and fridge. Full Scottish breakfasts are served daily. Light continental options fresh fruit and vegetarian breakfasts are also available. Chargeable cabled internet access is available in all bedrooms and wireless internet access is available in most public areas. Free (limited) parking is available on-site and guests will benefit from the 24-hour reception.
“ I Stayed here for Edinburgh Marathon, about 25mins walk out the city centre but perfect apart from that. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed.

“ I am sorry to say that although we had a good time in Edinburgh, i was very disapointed in the facilities available at the hotel, especially as we were booked in on club level. When we arrived at the hotel they informed us that we had no access to the club lounge on that day because the England Rugby Team had private access to it.

“ I felt that this hotel was fairly average considering the price. The location is great but the staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. Room was quite small and the breakfast was sub standard in my opinion.
