“ Lovely clean hotel. Very convenient when travelling through to Devon or Cornwall. Staff very welcoming. Good value for money. Would definately stay there again and recommend to friends.
“ Top Tip: Torquay and Paignton nearby. Did the round robin train/boat/open top bus trip. From Paignton to Dartmouth by steam train then crossed the river on ferry. Then sailed up river to Totnes and then back to Paignton by Open Topped Bus. Excellent.

“ Very conveniently situated off the A38, close to the M5. We wanted somewhere to stay near relatives (in Chudleigh Knighton) and this was perfect. Rooms are motel style, so you can come and go as you please, once you have checked in at reception. Decor is modern and the rooms and public areas were clean. Our double room was comfortable and a reasonable size; it was nice to have a bath as well a shower. The room was serviced each day. Staff were polite. The cooked breakfast was very nice; you are waited on at table and are given choices eg scrambled or fried eggs. Plenty of parking on site. The room rate with breakfast included was very reasonable and probably hard to beat in the area for the standard of accommodation provided.

“ my husband and myself had a short break there in jan 2012 we booked a standard room but when we got to our room we had a balcony that over looked the bay and the view was fantastic we had been up graded at no extra cost, the room was very nice the bed very large and comfy everything you needed in the room, staff very nice.

“ We were made very welcome, the room was amazing, very modern, huge bathroom and a patio area outside. VERY quiet and peacefull. Breakfast was good and we ate in the local pub not far from the hotel, ( not walking distance ) Excellent value too.
