“ Pleasantly suprised with facilities and friendly staff. Room slightly small for 4 people but clean. This was not a problem for a night's stay. Would definitely use this hotel again. Breakfast - no becon. I was so looking forward to a full English Breakfast.
“ Top Tip: Ideal for Parents visiting thier sons/daughters at University at a reasonable price.

The room was large, light and very well presented. I especially liked

“ The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean but the mattress was rather soft and sagged in the middle and this did spoil our stay, although we would return to the hotel.

“ Only a 5 minute drive to city centre. In a quiet part of the city. Beautiful garden and lawns to relax in. It has ample car parking which saves you money because the city hotels have limited parking which can be costly.

“ Clean well presented rooms,very helpful & friendly staff,(no trouble for us to get a different flavour of tea in room etc.)excellent location for town centre,inexpensive parking adjacent to hotel,& a really first class buffet breakfast. Only criticism,very expensive bottled water in the room & the bar prices, but overall fantastic & we will definately stay there again on our next visit to Exeter
