The hotel offers 100 contemporary fully air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms have high-speed internet access and in-room pay-per-view movies. The Wheelchair access rooms all have wet rooms and are suitable for disabled guests wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility There are also 4 state of the art meeting rooms with free Wi-Fi internet access. The Great Room the hotel's lounge and bar also offers free WiFi and a brasserie style dinner menu.

The hotel is conveniently situated only 10 minutes’ walk from the main town and 3 minutes’ from the beach. All 481 bedrooms and have TV, telephone, trouser press, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Most have a sea view. The health and leisure club is fully equipped with a swimming pool, sauna and solarium. The Victorian and Harbour restaurants serve food daily. An entertainment programme is hosted in the Ocean Bar, or you can dance the night away in Neptune’s nightclub. WIFI is free to all guests and available in all public areas of the hotel.
“ We just stayed over the one night, bed and breakfast. An excellent price, impossible to beat! Room was in new section and very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was well prepared, well cooked well laid out.

The hotel is conveniently situated only a 10 minutes' walk from the main town and 3 minutes' from the beach. All 550 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have TV Telephone Hairdryer and Tea and Coffee making facilities.. The Health and Leisure Club is fully equipped with and boasts a Swimming Pool Sauna Solarium and much more (There is a charge for the leisure club). There are two restaurants the Victorian and the Harbour which serve some tasty food. The Ocean bar hosts the LIVE entertainment programme music from the resident band and bingo! Or you can dance the night away with our late night disco. WIFI is free to all guests and available in all ground floor lounge areas of the hotel.
“ for £23pp per night I dont expect the ritz but I do expect edible food. Being a vegetarian I had the "vegetable pie" it was discusting a load of soggy potato with a bit of carrot (I think) and something green and they called it a vegetable pie, this meal was not included and we had upgraded to the so called better restaurant, I did complain and they did reduce the price.

The Rob Roy is a 7 bedroom bed & breakfast Guest House, with 3 bedrooms ensuite We are situated only 10 to 15 minutes down hill walk to Folkestone Harbour, beaches, the town centre & resturants. It is only 10 minutes drive from Channel Tunnel, 20 minutes from Dover ferries and Eurostar in Ashford. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement in Room No1 only, a ground floor ensuite room leading to our private garden, where after informing us first, we will allow your pet to roam.

The Channel Tunnel is approximately 3 miles away from this ideally situated Folkestone Hotel. The hotel is situated by the Leas Cliff hall overlooking the English Channel where Dover is approximately 6 miles away. The hotel offers superb Channel views and on clear days France is visible. Many attractions are within easy walking and driving distance. The famous conference and concert Leas Cliff Hall is a 2 minute walk away as is The Leas Bandstand. The hotel is open all year round and features elegant and comfortable en suite rooms an excellent restaurant for guests an inviting bar and plenty of places to sit outside on pleasant days.

Family run hotel located in the heart of the town and within two minutes of up to 10 restaurants offering the best in International cuisine. Hotel has two bars including a Wine Bar in basement offering real ales and bar food at lunchtimes. Situated within easy reach of the Channel Tunnel and the cross-channel port of Dover. Hotel is situated in the town centre just off the Leas - a clifftop promenade with views across the channel to France (on a clear day) and described as the 'best maritime promenade in the world'. Ideally situated for touring the South East - nearby attractions include Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway (the world's smallest) Port Lympne and Howletts Wild Animal conservation parks. Canterbury for the Cathedral and Shopping Bluewater Shopping Centre and Cite Europe(at Calais) are within easy reach.
“ The bathroom had a broken bath panel that my 8 year old daughter cut her foot on. the bathroom had a couple of big holes on the floor one beside the toilet and one beside toilet. the room was in need of a good clean the edges of the carpet was very dusty.
