Had refurbished room. Very clean. Breakfast adequate. Catered mainly for coach holidays so entertainment provided. Drinks reasonably priced. Next to harbour and close to town centre. Excellent value for money. Would recommend highly.

We only spent one night here but had a lovely view of the harbour from our clean room. Everyone was helpful and when we left a raincoat behind they
were kind enough to mail it to me for a nominal amount.
It was great value for money, sadly the weather was very rainy but then
it is April (smile). Cheers Pat

Top Tip: We did drive to Canterbury which was not far away. This was a short trip
this time but we plan to come back.

Asked for double room with extra bed for child, no child bed in room...complained eventually brought child bed with no linen...had to chase linen.

No food available in hotel after 20.30

This hotel is catering for all inclusive blue rinse coach tours and if you fall into this catagory, i`m sure you will enjoy as it`s good value for money!

A tired throw back to the fifties..bingo, then roll out the barrel type music for the oldies..the ballroom was like God`s waiting room.

I got an out of date bottle of wine, my feel was that this place is being run on a shoestring.

They have no idea whatsoever what people want out of a hotel these days, in my humble opinion badly mis-managed by people with a fifties era mindset....sort of 1950`s Butlins..If you like this sort of thing please don`t let me put you off!

Buffet breakfast more than adequate but again a shoestring job.

When they announced over the tannoy that the "original" Batchelors were playing that night, my calculator came out and i thought...well, just about!?

Sums it up really!

Top Tip: papas fish and chip restaurant in town
