“ Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and good supply of coffee, tea and toiletries. Bed linen and towels spotless. Breakfast excellent with a good choice and the option to have vegetarian, omlettes, waffles etc speciallly cooked to order.
“ Top Tip: The chinese restaurant directly opposite in Rotunda building was excellent and fairly priced for the quality of food being served.

Very happy with all aspects of the hotel from checking in to checking out. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and the TV/Computer was an excellent idea.
Would happily use this hotel again.
“ Top Tip: Only 3 minute walk to SECC and 1 minute to a nice restaurant, Japanese, Cantonese.

The hotel had been refurbished and, for the money, we had excellent facilities in the room.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

hotel has been upgraded since our last stay in Jan but the rooms are small, good outside area overlooking the river, staff are good but very slow service when busy when the secc patrons were in after the show there was a queue at the bar a mile long with only one person serving and no seats to wait on till the queue dispersed.
Excellent breakfast but ran out of sausages and eggs, not enough tables when busy had to wait 30 mins for a table for 4 people.
