“ The hotel was spotless, staff were polite and the hotel was nicely decorated. The room was spacious, had a large television and en-suite with over bath shower. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the length of time it took the bar to bring our group cocktails. We waited between 20 minutes and half an hour twice when there was only one other table and two members of staff.

“ Very nice comfortable hotel. Well positioned in the centre of Glasgow, within easy reach of shopping and good food places. Hotel rooms, we had a club room, which was excellent, good quality bed. Only downside to room, was the pillows were not very comfortable for me, they were man made filling, not feather, I know some people wouldn't be bothered, but I thought if the bed was a quality product, then so should the pillows be. However, overall we were very happy with the deal you got us and would certainly recommend this hotel.
“ Top Tip: We only stayed 1 night, so we couldn't comment on much of the pubs and restaraunts.

Great location and staff very helpful. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Glasgow, but this was by far the best. The room was clean tidy and quiet, if a little small.
The hotel is old and could probably do with a freshen up but it was clean and did in no way detract from our stay. I would definetly use this hotel again.
The concierge was extremely pleaseant and helpful.
Overall a pleasant experience.
“ Top Tip: There are a number of good restaurants in george Square, jamie's Kitchen and browns and we used both excellent food and service but the wait period at busy times was quite long 1.5 hours, but we were in no rush
