“ Hotel was in a great location, easy to walk into the town of Harrogate. Great central base to explore the dales. Good selection on buffet breakfast and great service. Rooms where clean and tidy, the only one thing we did find was that the hot water wasn't very hot and you had to run it for at least 10-15 minutes before it heated up but still not very hot.

“ we found the guest house had a warm and friendly welcome . The room was alittle on the small side but well presented and clean and had every thing we needed . The breakfast was wonderful lots of choise kept us going until tea time great .
