“ We stayed at this hotel when it was a Swallow a few years ago, and it was lovely. We were quite disappointed on our return. It had a very basic feel to it this time, and for the price you would expect a little bit more. The room was ok, but in need of a good spruce up. Half the tv stations didnt work, which is not all that important but its these details that make the difference. We had no towels in our room, requested them at 3pm and they turned up at 10pm. A bit too late for a bath before our night out. There was nothing majorly wrong with the hotel, it was maybe just that form previous experience our expectatiions were higher. Back to premier inns for us!
