The hotel wasa vast complex - almost a Holywood-style megacity, daunting because of the scale. Reception were formal and rather barked instructions - far too may to take in. Later Reception were great, when i couldn't understand how the Internet Access worked - it was a nightmare, and not just for me.
The room was spacious & clean, well-fitted. In the morning, no breakfast included, I was given a free drink of waterand shared a joke with the cheery staff at the restaurant.
I left feeling I was given good value, with very helpful staff, apartfrom the initial checking-in which was a little traumatic.

The largest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurants. The greeting was very welcoming and efficient.
The hotel has a large restaurant with good choices of meals and very reasonable prices.
It's ideal if you are intending to fly out from Heathrow as they have a shuttle bus running every 20 mins going to all terminals.
The bar was a bit busy and it took a while to get served, but again the staff were apologetic and courteous

It's primarily suitable for business people or those planning to fly out from Heathrow terminals. Very quiet and food suitable although I think along with the grab and go breakfast they could do an alternative with fruit and yoghurt.
Only one negative comment; the coffee wasn't so good this time from the restaurant.
