“ The staff was very welcoming and friendly the hotel was very well presented very clean and tidy I felt very at home! Our room was perfect for what we wanted clean tidy comfy beds and a nice bathroom. Would deffenitly book this hotel again.

“ This hotel was perfect for our needs. Really central, easy access and parking, friendly, helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast!! The room was lovely and clean, excellent facilities including an I Mac TV which was a nice touch and a really powerful shower which was fab!

“ The hotel was good value for money. The room we had was large and airy and the staff were very helpful. Location was fine for us, very close to the shops and restaurants in Clifton village, although it's a bit of a trek into Bristol on foot. The free car parking was useful, although space was quite limited.

“ Lovely hotel from the outside and in. Only down side is the room was a bit cold (old sash windows) but bed very warm, could have asked to have radiator on. Staff very nice and there to help. Not all lights worked in the room but a little bit of a move around of light bulbs and all was fine. Would definitely stay there again
