The Beachcombers Newly refurbished Boutique Hotel is situated in Grouville on the south east coast of Jersey and next to the Royal Jersey Golf Course and the beautiful bay of Grouville only a few minutes walk from the magnificent beaches. At the end of the bay is the picturesque harbour of Gorey with its many award winning restaurants and coffee shops, nestled beneath the Historic Mont Orgueil Castle, on a clear day the distant coast of France is visible. Grouville is some 10 minutes drive from St Helier harbour and 25 minutes from Jersey International airport. Hire cars can be arranged by the hotel at very competitive rates. “ Our room was adquately sized and kept clean although the bathroom does require some modernisation. Small details - toilet roll holder brackets loose and no paper roller. Hook missing from behind the door and the bath edge was coroded.

“ Very quick check-in, luggage was whisked away to our room without porter even approaching for a tip on his return. Once we were settled we went back to find him to show our appreciation. The hotel is as previously reported lots of different buildings all joined together, which means lots of steps everywhere.

“ Excellent Hotel with excellent service Hotel spa was excellent my only negative points were 1. Crickety floorboards 2. Albeit very difficult to maintain the selection of food for a typical english breakfast based on the buffet style was somewhat cold .The continental was excellent and when i ordered kippers & poached eggs from the kitchen it was of a good standard

“ Nice hotel in a good position 2 minutes from the bus station. Food was very good Staff were all very helpful. Air conditioning units were very noisy if you opened the windows. Would return.

“ I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and will continue to. I cannot fault the hotel in any way, the rooms are spotless the staff very friendly and helpful and the food is lovely, all in all an excellent hotel for the money.
