“ This hotel met all our needs. We travelled to Hull by train to meet a cruise and the location of the hotel was excellent, right next door to the train station and with its own door from station to hotel - didn't even need to go outside.

“ the hotel room was outstanding as was the decor and layout of the hotel, breakfast tables were sparce and we had a 10 min wait for a table but apart from that i would and have recommended this hotel, a well deserved 8.5 out of 10..

The Promenade is a family run Guest House in a superb location only 75yds from the sea and beautiful North beach. The Promenade provides a comfortable and relaxed environment with tastefully decorated rooms and panoramic sea views (some rooms).Tea and coffee making facilities digital tv (some rooms) excellent home cooked food and only a few minutes walk from the town centre and harbour.Non-smoking throughout. Limited off road parking but free parking permits for layby parking outside the Guest house

A generous well cooked breakfast is provided. Located in a quiet turning just off the sea front and close to the town centre and harbour and Spa. Rail and Bus stations are just a short walk away.
