“ Stayed here for second time on business and was all good! Room decor bit dated Service - Fantastic Breakfast - Great Lunch/Dinner in Ash restaurant - Fantastic (try the Haggis and the Baileys Chocolate dessert- out of this world) Will definately use next time in Inverness

“ Hotel is to be honest in need of major refurbishment, when we went into our room there was no handle to flush the toilet and no tv. The rooms also are damp with dampness all over the bathroom. Food is ok, and sea views are great. It wasnt an expensive hotel but some areas do require to be looked at

Welcome to the Rossmount website. We offer a warm , friendly welcome & quality bed & breakfast accommodation centrally located in Inverness, the capital of the Scottish Highlands. Rossmount is a traditional stone built house, approximately 140 years old. The entire house has been recently refurbished to a high standard, retaining a wealth of original features. Non smoking throughout.
“ We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast as we found the owners very welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was very clean and roomy and this also goes for the breakfast room and reception areas. The breakfast was plentiful and included a lovely cooked breakfast. The owners also gave us a lot of ideas of things to see and where to eat.
