The Town House is a luxury apart-hotel with self catering facilities within a serviced hotel style environment. If you want the freedom and space to do your own thing but the option to charge meals to your room then The Town House is ideal. We have a prime seafront location in the heart of Douglas just a short walk to the majority of finance sector businesses and backing onto the main shopping street.If you arrive out of normal business hours (8-5) please confim an arrival time so that we can make sure the Duty manager is on hand to meet you. Enjoy one of our delicious evening meals and relaxing drink or two in our bar and restaurant HQ'. A former World War Two army headquarters HQ retains a fascinating sense of history while offering a thoroughly fresh and modern ambience in which to unwind. During the summer months our guests enjoy sitting out on our decked patio area a lovely suntrap.

The Berkeley house, nominated as best small hotel 2006, 2007, 2008, is a small, friendly, owner managed, hotel with 22 rooms. All rooms are simply decorated and spacious. Breakfasts in the friendly dining room are an experience and all diets are catered for. Guests are made to feel at home and can relax in the lounge on the first floor overlooking Douglas bay or sit with their tea/coffee on the hotel steps and watch the sunrise/set, or simply watch the world go by.
“ The Berkeley Hotel is a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, we were there for four nights and felt very much at home and welcomed from start to finish. Our room was spacious and clean with fantastic sea views. The host was very friendly and had many a story to tell! Breakfast was self service, plenty of choice, nothing was too much trouble and was a very nice start to the day.

The Rutland Hotel is located on Queens Promenade with view's over Douglas Bay. The Hotel reopened in June 2004 after a 4 million pound refurbishment Programme a International firm of design consultants were used in the complete redesign of the Hotel. The bedrooms have the usual aspect of top class modern Hotel some with private balconies. You can relax at the Rutland knowing that your every need is being catered for.
