“ We felt that the family who run this hotel really care for their guests. I happened to fall ill and their concern was appreciated. We also found the option of requesting a packed lunch instead of breakfast was most helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plenty of it!

30 beautiful en-suite rooms in a quiet annexe in the grounds. Award winning food good ales fine wines and English fruit wines. Situated in the heart of Kent countryside at the foot of the North Downs. Excellent walks and scenery. Al Fresco dining on the terrace in the summer. WI-FI access in all the rooms. Please book for dinner 6.45pm or 8.45pm as restaurant is often fully booked because it is so popular! Sorry - We cannot guarantee a table if you have not booked. Please note for residents of the hotel we only serve drinks within our licensing hours. The reception for guests is open Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 3pm. When the reception is closed the keys can be collected from the pubrestaurant.
