Features include a 24 hour reception, secure underground parking (£9.50/night), 5 star quality & service, 42” plasma TV, movies & music on demand, Wi-Fi, cabled and keyboard internet available, telephone, 900 thread count Egyptian cotton towels, bedding & robes, goose down duvets, Toiletries from the White Company & Elemis, welcome bag on arrival including milk, orange juice, cereal selection, biscuits, a selection of tea's and coffee's in every apartment. All major credit cards accepted (except laser card) including Amex. Important - A deposit will be required by credit card and entry cannot be permitted without this, ID must be shown on arrival.
“ Loved it and will stay again. Very quiet. Do not stay here if you are noisy, it won't be tolerated. Much better value than a hotel as there were 3 adults staying. Very close to restaurants and city centre. Only minor negative points were that i had to pay for wifi (£10 per day for every device), and the lack if air-conditioning. Fans are provided.

Despite being only a short distance from the city centre, the Copthorne Hotel Manchester is situated in a picturesque location overlooking the waterfront. “ Hotel was ok for £54 B & B but it showed that we had the cheap rooms!! The room was ok but the bed was awful!! Well past it's sell by date! Having said it was cheap and the breakfast was fantasic!

“ All seemed fine at first. Until when we came back security had let loads of people into our room and wouldn't let me or my friends go up as there was already 5 people in the room. Had to wait hours for this to get sorted whilst the staff in reception were just laughing at their tv. Truly and awful place. Shame though as the room was actually quite nice.
