The Rose Revived Inn
Standlake
3 Star Guest House
Customer rating from 1 reviews: 9.5 Exceptional
The Rose Revived Innis a 16th Century Inn set on the banks of the River Thames in idyllic surroundings at Newbridge in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. Despite the name the bridge is one of the oldest crossing pints on the Thames. The Inn is a favourite overnight stopping point for walkers on the Thames Path. The oldest part of the building has an inglenook fireplace which with its log fire in winter is a romantic room to unwind
“ The room was comfortable and the welcome warm. The meal in the evening was superior 'pub grub' and nothing wrong with that, delicious and great value as indeed was the price for the whole stay. The location was fabulous, right beside the Thames and a 13th century bridge.
