“ Hotel really nice and over looks the river. Hotel under going a refurb which is excellent news. 5 minute walk into the heart of Newcastle however it is a steep walk up the hill, nice and easy coming back tho.

“ Tastfully re-furbished Grand Railway Hotel . the style and finish of the public areas is fantastic. the rooms are well proportioned and very comfortable. the hotel staff where brilliant and nothing was to much trouble. i cant recomend it enough. well worth a visit just to see the interior of the hotel.

“ The Newcastle Jesmond hotel was very nice, clean and lovely staff. The only downfall was that there was no cooked breakfast. The dining room was very light and spacious but the breakfast itself wasnt one i could say that i enjoyed eating. We had to drive a long way after check out and it would have been nice to have eaten something more filling than just toast or cereal. nice hotel though x
