Our fresh and friendly hotel is located in the hear of the university city of Lancaster. Only ten minutes by car from Morecambe and the beautiful Lancashire coast it's where northern hospitality meets eclectic style.Set inside a magnificent 100 year old building Penny Street Bridge was awarded AA 3 star Townhouse status in 2010 and gained a highly commended award at the Lancashire Life Food and Drink Awards in the same year..Guest rooms are cosy and stylish with all you need for a great nights sleep - all are en suite and air-condtioned. Full English breakfast and WiFi access are also included in your room rate.Chef Andrew Nixon and his team favour local producers and all our menus feature regional dishes with a PSB twist on them. And our range of traditionally brewed beers (from Thwaites our parent company) and wine by the glass is extensive too.We have limited car parking available onsite and these can be reserved in advance direct with the hotel alternatively vouchers are available for local parking...

This Hotel Situated in Lancaster City Centre has been recently refurbished with modern spacious en-suite bedrooms and fitted with secondary double glazing. Located above Lancaster's best known Tapas Bar (Latinos) and close to all other local amenities including Lancaster Train Station and M6.All Bedrooms come with a complimentary hospitality tray and are fitted with wide screen t v freeview and free wireless internet access.Ironing and hair drying facilities are available on request. The Hotel has free secure parking at the rear on Lucy Street for the use of hotel guests only.Latinos Tapas Bar below the hotel Serves over 50 different dishes including 20 vegetarian. There is also a Great cocktail and champagne menu on offer. Jugs of sangria a must and try it with champagne. The hotel has a non smoking policy.

Please note smoking is not allowed in any of the bedrooms and all our guest rooms are ensuite with shower or shower plus bath.
