“ Fabulous setting overlooking the river Mersey, very comfortable beds, no housekeeping noise between 21.00 and 10.00 Sunday to Thursdays. Good value breakfast, shame they can't cook poached eggs, but the egg lady who cooks fried to order on the buffet run is great. Young, friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant concierge service, very knowledgable and accommodating.
“ Top Tip: Walk up tithebarn street opposite the hotel and you will come to the Railway pub, which has a fantastic interior, carry on to the Lion, 2nd in the CAMRA guide pub of the year, which has great tiling and a beautiful glass domed snug at the rear. Turn right on to Moorfields, walk to the junction with Dale Street, and you will come to Thomas Rigby's, a real treasure with a great range of real ales and continental beers. Go through the courtyard, lovely on a summers day if you can find a table to the Lady Man. A great pub crawl visiting some fabulous "proper" old pubs.

modern 139 bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the City. Spacious and informal with a host of awards to its name. the Holiday Inn Liverpool City Centre offers great affordability and service along with a fantastic location. The Hotel is opposite the Lime Street British Rail station and 100 metres south of the city centre bus terminal it is perfectly situated for all transport links including the airport. The hotel offers all the usual 3 star facilities Bar Restaurant and mini gym also on offer is FREE wireless connection in the public areas on the 2nd floor using your own laptop. Wired High Speed Access is available in the bedrooms at a cost of just £6 per day. A special rate of £5 per 24 hours has been agreed with the St John EURO car park adjacent to the Hotel if you are arriving by car just ask Reception to stamp your car park ticket before leaving the hotel.We are a very accessible hotel and offer two spaces outside the front entrance for Blue badge holders.
