“ hotel was very nice only one thing wrong was having to get a taxi from airport as buses dont always go pass the hotel breaskfast starts around 4am which was great and the coffee out of the machine is beautiful

“ The hotel is superbly well fitted, clean and modern. The simple layout is refreshing when all you want it to check in use the room and check out. Just as a hotel should be. We stayed at new year and still manages to hop a bus very close by to Liverpool. The rooms are bright and very clean and re bed comfortable. If you have stayed in one of these express variants before you will recognise the simple, effective and user friendly bathroom with its quality fittings and common sense layout. Heating tv and ventilation were also spot on. Our only gripe was the overly heavy self closing springs in all the doors caused a headache, as late night parties of young Decembers bounded from room to room. They were quite quiet but the doors sound like they are made of stone as they slam shut! Recommended based on facilities and staff as they are spit on. Oh and don't bother paying for the breakfast as everyone was invited to dine, regardless of if they had paid or not. Slightly galling for us but We lost out on only £6 so not too bothered.
“ Top Tip: I would highly recommend Prego restaurant in re new Chevasse development at the tip of Liverpool One. Amazing quality food, excellent service and that night the host Franco clearly enjoyed seeing people enjoy quality dining ad service.

We arrived at this hotel early (because we were going to Anfield) and just wanted to say that we were leaving the car in the car park, however they checked us in no problem at all, nothing was too much for them.
THe hotel is new so is very clean and the cleanliness in the bedrooms was wonderful
Breakfast was really good buffet style.
THis hotel is close to a main bus route into town (1 minute walk) and takes about 20 minutes but they run late into the night.
I would definitely stay again

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was good.
Unfortunately when we arrived there at 7.30pm we were told the restaurant was fully booked until 9.30pm. However the receptionist kindly arranged for a chinese take away for us and then found us a quiet place that we could enjoy it.
We were leaving the hotel to catch our flight at 4.45 the following morning and were pleased that the breakfast buffet was available so early.
