Great hotel and location for my meeting. Parking rates were good and made even better as the Hotel gave an additional 25% off the rate.
The quality of the hotel was more a 4* than the rated 3*, with excellent room facilities and choice of breakfast. I would be more than happy to stay thier on Business and personnel stays
Only negative and a minor one had to search the internet to get the post cost for the hotel and nearest carpark

“ From arriving at the hotel I was very pleased with the service. My room was spacious, clean and had air conditioning/heating. Complimentary tea/coffee in the room and ice machine along the corridor. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of hot and cold to choose from. The hotel was ideally situated for the Arena, Albert Dock, New Museum and Liverpool One shopping. The only problem was the hotel didn't have a car park but, if you park in the multi -storey car park, show the parking ticket to reception and they offer a discount. Would definitely stay here again.
