“ this hotel had every thing my husband and i look for in a hotel, king size bed, sitting area, tea and coffee facilities and spacious area. The hotel added bonuses were a fab full length mirror in the wardrobe ( very nice to be able to see your outfit for the races ) and extra coffee for residents to take to their room. we ate in the hotel which was very good food along with the service.the staff were fabulous and nothing was too much for them to please us. the free racing posts on a morning was great some hotels do offer them but they run out very quickly. i would recommend this hotel to people and with out doubt will be my first choice when we return to liverpool. the only down fall was to have breakfast in your room was an extra £10 per person, this would have cost us £40 seen as we brought along our guests, apart from that one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we have stayed in many many many many many !

Excellent breakfast, spacious and well equipped rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately this hotel in bang in the middle of an industrial estate nowhere near the town centre of Liverpool. Food and drink terribly expensive. £3.90 for a pint, £11.50 for a burger and chips.
